KRAFT PAPER and PAPER BAG PRODUCTION

In our OYKA Paper Packing Facilities kraft paper and bags are produced at the required class and density.

Products	Field of Usage
KRAFT PAPER	Kraft Bag Paper (70 - 100 g/m²), Packing Paper (70 g/m²), Klupak Paper (70 - 90 g/m²), Klupak S Paper (80 - 90 g/m²), Kraftliner (125 - 150 g/m²).
PAPER BAG	2-4 plies, 4-8 product bags made of coloured kraft paper. Bags with white surface with polyethylene mid plies. Bags for cement, lime, plaster, chemicals, construction products and food.

CEMENT BAGS

• Used in packing for 25, 35, 50 kg.
• HDPE is placed in the mid-plies for the products with high humidity sensibility.
• If required, white can be used for the outer surface.
• Are made out of papers of 2 x 90 gr/m², 3 x 70 gr/m² ve 4x 70 gr/m².

LIME BAGS

• 10, 25 kg bags with valves
• 2 - 3 - 4 plies
• With white outer surface

BAGS FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL

• 5, 10, 20, 25, 35 kg bags with valves
• With white outer surface
• 5 ve 10 kg handle at the bottom
• HDPE in mid plies
• Along with all kinds of valves, a thermal valve that secures 100 % impermeability

BAGS FOR CHEMICAL PRODUCTS

As a result of the investment made in 2008 at Çaycuma Paper Factory a bag facility with high technology was put into service. This facility that can produce bags in 2-8 colours for 5-50 kg and also have the Turkish Standard ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Document that is required for food packing. Our bag facility collects bag orders, other than cement, in gradually increasing amounts.

We are the leader in Turkey in imported petrocoke, powder coal and heating coal trade.

In exportation we have widened our activity field with a younger and more dynamic approach, in the 2000 years we aim to present service at a larger scale.
